Patient Services Officer - Patient Services Department
The Patient Services Officer is responsible to provide the required assistance, approvals, and follow-up with insured members serviced by GlobeMed as per GlobeMed Kuwait guidelines and protocols.
Claims Auditor – Claims Processing Department
A claims auditor manages the auditing and adjustment of claims received by GlobeMed Kuwait.
Medical Officer – Medical Services Department
The Medical Officer ensures that insured patients serviced by GlobeMed Kuwait get quality healthcare services. The Medical Officer is tasked with solving inquiries and complaints related to medical coverage decisions and patients’ cases.
Junior Accountant
The Junior Accountant handles a variety of daily accounting tasks through which he/she will ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of all accounting information entered.
