Patient Services Officer - Patient Services Department
Responsibilities:
- Handle members’, payers’, and providers’ requests.
- Make the necessary administrative and medical clearance to provide medical decision for inpatient, outpatient, pharmacy, and ER claims as per GlobeMed Kuwait guidelines & protocols.
- Inform the patient about all the details related to their coverage.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor on complicated cases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy or related field.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Customer oriented, good listener, and patient.
