In a bid to enhance collaboration among team members, GlobeMed Kuwait recently organized a dynamic team-building Training. The event, held at Marriott Courtyard on the 21st and 22nd of November, featured engaging presentations and exercises with focus on strategies for setting and leading a team, problem-solving techniques, major factor to achieve team success and much more. Employees from different departments enthusiastically participated, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
