As part of its continuous efforts to upskill employees through various training programs, GlobeMed Kuwait conducted a series of 2 training programs during June, 2023.

The first training program on quality control and assurance introduced employees to key quality concepts, methods to meet target quality standards along with major tools to deliver quality services. The training was held over 2 days on the 5^th and 6^th of June by Global Lead Consultants, specialized in offering professional training programs in Kuwait and beyond.

The second training program equipped team members with essential on-the-job communication skills. Held from the 14^th through the 16^th of June, the training focused on enhancing the team’s communication abilities. Participants experienced the group discussion methods and interaction, and learned about various aspects of communication, including its means and implications. The team explored effective communication methods. Furthermore, the training covered body language expressions and their basic elements, providing valuable insights into non-verbal communication skills.
